I've been eyeing this place for a while now as a good place for a cqc arena. It's an abandoned industrial facility, mainly just empty open air warehouses and such. But I can't find any info, like owner of the property, even the exact address I can't find. Any help or info would be nice.

I've driven by there myself and thought the same thing, but it's too visible from Hwy64--don't want drivers calling the cops on us.

yeah i figured though they're driving so fast they would really notice, and if we put up a sign... just a thought. so this place wouldnt be good?

My honest opinion, is that it would be perfect if it were just a bit further (or out of sight) from the road. People may be driving fast, but the facility is visible for at least 30 seconds to a minute, which is plenty for some people to notice something--unless they're the typical yakking-on-the-phone driver. Even with the signs, it's unlikely that drivers would read them even if they did notice people there.

Best case scenario would be to build a fence, but that's a bit expensive.

Based on the close in pictures, it is doubtful anyone would see anything or very much from the roadway, the tree cover is dense farther to the west making the field a good option, and most of the frontage is obscured. Might be a good place.

i have to admit from the road you can see a little into the facility, but i think it would be easy to close off or conceal. but yeah i would love to see this place get turned into a cqc park. I'm gonna look into contacting the owner a little more tomorrow

That looks amazing. If we could somehow obtain that location, I would make the 40 minute drive there knowing it would be worth it.

yeah i dont think the biggest problem is people seeing us so much as actually getting permission to play there
