Depends on many things. The condition of the gun as a whole, the condition of the magazines, and, if it has a stock plastic outer barrel, whether or not the threading has stripped - which is a common problem with the older Mk23's - and so forth. Also, there's one part in particular (#33 maybe? I can't recall which exactly) that has a tendency to break when people try to use higher-power gasses, and so how much the Mk23's worth is also dependent on the condition of this part. Naturally, the condition of the internals in general also has something to do with it. Intact trademarks aren't that much of a value-increaser, although they can be somewhat hard to find. The year of manufacture also plays a part in the value, because certain years and variants (i.e. hard-kick, heavy weight, etc) are worth more than others due to reliability or just overall desirability. Upgrade parts like internal reinforcements and external modifications like metal slides and barrels will also help the trade/resale value of the gun.
As far as money goes, depending on the variables above (and possibly others I may have overlooked), I've seen stock plastic ones go for $200 with one mag and a suppressor.
P.S. - there's no such thing as a "KSC Specific" Mk23 suppressor. If it's got a 16mm thread, it'll fit. I used to run a metal King Arms foam-filled Knight's Armament type suppressor on my old Mk23 without issue.
