KJW is going to produce a replica of a Ruger 10/22. What makes this so special is that back in 1999 Tanio Koba (Father of airsoft, father of the modern blowback) developed the Koba 10/22, and for the last few years Tanio Koba has been working with KJW on projects such as the GBB M4 and the .45 line so he will be able to go back 11 years later and get to re-tool and refine one of his flag ship guns. From what little information is known about the rifle it will be a cleaned up, refined version of the Koba 10/22. What made the Koba 10/22 stand out was its more realistic touches and it used a more standard rifle look unlike the MGC (model gun corp) 10/22 "panther". To this day the Koba 10/22 is one of the neatest classics and some of the most sought after for it being one of only a few makers that produced a 10/22.

KJW 10/22 "2011" (more kitted out, rumored to take 10/22 kits)
*its nice to see a 2nt gen of such a neat little piece of airsoft history, especially with the creator of the original 10/22 now working with KJW on the same project*
