Gun for a smaller kid

I was thinking about getting my brother into airsoft. He's about 4'1 and can't really grip my m4(full length) yet. What would be a gun for him. I was thinking about getting him some kind of mp5 or a g36c what other guns would you guys reccomend and also what companies for the guns.
Jg g3 foregrip on the side and some sparying and praying. Now an m4 shooting 30 rps and maybe even more. Go team cold blooded rangers! When I'm playing on black team you can call me Tapout(thanks to gunny aw gunny). HOOAH!

G36 wont help much. Mp5 maybe. P90 is best shot.

KS E90 the long barreled one doesnt add much weight and greatly improves range. Just got one for my son and have done some upgrades to it, it is surprisingly well built. 7mm brass bushings, decent xyt gears, shimming wasnt hideous. Overall good gun for the money.

have a TM P90 and LOVE it to death and HIGHLY recomend it.

A stubby m4 is also a great choice..

Are you sure it doesn't feel different than he expected. If your hands are so small you can't grip an m4 your going to have trouble with any gun.

I had the same problem when I was younger.
I definitely would recommend an MP5 with a collapsable stock.
Also, the magazines are small, and the magazine release button is easily accessed by someone with smaller hands.
