Cheap PR-15 setup

I'm heavily debating on getting the fusion engine. I know i'm going to get the drop in kit and a PR-15 rig maybe one with SLP if I can find a cheap tank for it. So I was thinking about using a scuba helper tank. I was also was thinking about getting a scuba fill station. Can you guys help me find what i'm looking for and what are your reccomendations.
Jg g3 foregrip on the side and some sparying and praying. Now an m4 shooting 30 rps and maybe even more. Go team cold blooded rangers! When I'm playing on black team you can call me Tapout(thanks to gunny aw gunny). HOOAH!

Also is there anywhere that can build me a rig cheaper than I can buy one of the ones made by Polar*

So I still need to use the regular HPA tank but use the scuba to fill the HPA tank. Also I'm running a basic assault rifle setup (2000-2700) rounds.

So do I have to run a SLP regulator for the SLP setup or do I just have to get a certain tank. Also who makes a good aluminum tank because as i've read those last a lifetime while the carbon fiber tanks only last 15 years.

So could I use a 72ci aluminum tank and fit the SLP head on it.

Also could I run a higher nozzle with lower PSI to save gas?

Yes you could do this, however some fields or events may frown upon you using a red or "hot" nozzle; as the ability to bump your fps will be there.
