CYMA CM.030 Glock AEP Help

So I just got this CYMA glock and it doesn't seem to function. When I insert the battery and fire, it doesn't make any noise but when I take the battery out it is warm (or warmer than it was at room temp). Anyways, any help would be appreciated! :D

Either you have a short or your motor is up too high. Try adjusting the motor height down, or else you might have to really start tearing things apart
