Go with the 6.03. I have one of the Madbull Pythons in mine; it's been in there since a little while after I bought the gun (bought it new). It's stock length, and I've been more than satisfied with it. I also have a Guarder black bucking in it (fun fact: that's what I use with my PDI hop up in my upgraded L96, with spectacular accuracy).
I don't even do 6.01's for sniper rifles - all four of mine have 6.03's. As long as it's a decent brand barrel and everything else (cylinder gets proper compression, hop up is set right, etc.) is properly tuned, then the extra 0.02mm of bore diameter has a minimal impact on the accuracy in my experience.
