So i bought an m4 what should i do?need info please.

So I've had a stock G&G Combat Machine blowback but I'm not satisfied with its performance. Now I'm asking what internal parts should i upgrade first???
What would be the cheapest solution to get the most out of this platform?

Exactly what about it's "performance" are you not pleased with? Accuracy? Range? Rate of fire? Combination of all three? And, as previously asked, what are you wanting to achieve?

Before you do anything to the gearbox, I suggest installing a tightbore barrel. That should work wonders for accuracy, and in theory could increase your range by a bit (though the hop up is crucial here). $35-40 is a price well worth potentially not having to crack the gearbox.

i was looking at barrel brands and i think i'll go with madbull they seem to be the nicest i will get a longer barrel than my current one and get a barrel extension. that should do the trick for accuracy and if im not mistaken add some fps correct?
Any recommendations for bucking?

Softer buckings will typically seal a little better than their harder counterparts, giving a little extra speed. They also tend to give the hopup a better overall response. The Promy purples are good but I've had just as good results using Bravo buckings, particularly their 50 degree bucking. They're less expensive as well.

I've been thinking about getting a Madbull shark bucking and nub for my Shorty. I just don't know how long it will last. It looks like it would get a great seal with their special design. Any experience with them, guys?

Prometheus barrel. New hop. Concave hop up spacer. (Shredder makes a beautiful one) Disable the blowback parts- increased reliability.

Its still a carbine, not a rifle. Don't kill yourself looking to get 300 foot accuracy. Paintjob looks great by the way.
