Kwa sportline?

When did KWA introduce a sportline series? And do they have metal uppers?

The KWA CQR came out late second quarter. I haven't seen many around my area (Knoxville) but from what I've read, they are almost as good internally, provided a little love, as their more expensive counterparts.

They have a metal upper, and a polymer lower reciever. Some players have said they actually prefer this due to the weight reduction this gives. While that may or may not be the difference, the big selling point of these rifles are the 2GX gearboxes. The CQR gearbox has almost the same components as the big brother, with minor changes, little difference in quality, and at almost half the cost. Just some food for thought.

Ive already sold 4 of these at my shop. They are very good guns. if you have ~$200 to spend on a gun, the cqr's are the way to go. while the lower is a polymer, it is not plastcy (sp?) at all. internally, the only thing different than a normal 2gx is that the cylinder has a bigger vent in it and it uses a ~110 spring. so all in all, if your looking for a good cost effective gun, id go with the cqrs

Im thinking about picking one up for my fiance. I think the polymer will be better for her, weight wise. Plus its an m4, she can dress it up how ever she wants.

IMO these are the best deal for an AEG, and if I was in the market for another m4 aeg this would be my purchase.
