Clarksville Team Idea

To the Clarksville players out there... I know there have been several people here in town try to start a team. I don't know if anyone was really successful. I saw on the forum that "Akododarick" was advertising sponsoring a team "WW2 themed". I already have all my gear and so does my family. I can't afford to switch, plus I like my Eotech.

I propose a team, honoring 5th Special Forces Group here at Ft Campbell. Could call it 5th Group or ODA (Operational Detachment Airsoft). Doesn't matter. A real ODA has 12 members that can be split into 2. Would work out well for trainning (2 6-person teams, for force on force).

Is anyone interested? please respond via this thread since I am out of town until after xmas and my email is spotty. I am no expert, but with 20+ military exp, I can help those on the team with stuff.

I think it would be fun to get organized for next year bad karma events. I play with my wife and boy who will be 13 and his friend 15, so I am only interested in a team that could include all ages.

I am still overseas... I plan to revisit this idea after I return sometime January. Please post here if you are interested. I will host a party/get together to brainstorm if there are those who want to start up a team.
