most accurate sniper when upgraded?

my APS2SV shot very accurately at 300FT. But as people have already said, its really the operator that matters. Use your sniper rifle alot, and you learn to hit targets even if your weapon isnt MOA accurate.

Just to mention, that people have already posted some answers, and technically you could be considered under your own words... xD
But anyways, here is a Quick google search that turned up these.

And the Bar 10 seems to me to be pretty accurate, but I don't have a measurement since my Sears wore out while zeroing in my scope >.<
A little research can go a long way, I have done lots of research on my bar 10, not I'm waiting on some parts to come in so I can get her back to shooting.

However when upgraded, it can go one of a several guns. If I'm not mistaken the bar/vsr10 when upgraded just right can pretty easily hit within like a Foot or 2 groupings at ~300 ft. Don't hold me to it, I don't remember exactly what it was I was reading or watching thought >.< My mind is a little out of it at the moment, Tired from work.
