White or Black bbs?

300 to 4-- fps, the .2s are fine. 400+ you need a heavier BB. I personally use SGM .29 bbs, but they also make heavier BBs.

As for the white/black combo...
I like the black BBs only in my SOCom pistol. I know where it always shoots, so i know where to aim. Sniping is a bit different. You kinda need to know where it goes to you can adjust on your next shot.. unless you know all the physics behind where the BB can go I use the white dark-white colors in mine

I use the white ones so I can see where they go. but then again if I am not trying to snipe with the SAW i usually dont have to aim as the first 10 shots allow me to get it on target even firing from the waist.

Some times in mid caps I'll make the last 10-20 bb's I load black. Those will be the first ones shot, so not to give my position away right off.

I use .30s or higher in Ivan. I have a friend who uses .43s.

I've used all black bb's and then the last 5 or so as white in mid/lowcaps. That way you know when you're about out with a real clear visual reminder.

I wouldn't suggest doing this unless actually use your sights for aiming though.
