SOCOM Gear R700 questions

I have recently been looking for a good sniper (I don't have too much money so take that into mind) and I am impressed with the SOCOM Gear R700. I found it on AirsoftGI. My questions about it are: (1) What fps is it with .28 (2) Elwhat is it's best range consistency (3) Is it upgradable with JG BAR-10 upgrades as it claims (4) Can it use AEG tightbores like the JG BAR-10 and (5) Is it recomended?

P.S. Fps and range; please only post results of the gun WITHOUT the Real Shock System. I know to remove it as soon as I get it.
