Is there anywhere to get 8mm tightbore barrels?

Tanio Koba makes a few, not tightbores but they are 8mm.

I will ask EDGI, but for my purpose the twist barrel would be useless.

What kind of range/accuracy does 8mm bbs have?

I was thinking a m1 sniper, but I have been reading they are not as good.

8mm rifles will never get the range that a 6mm will, simply because they dissipate energy and velocity faster than their smaller counterparts. Not only that, but as Xandman has already said, a lot of 8mm is either fixed or no hop. To build off of that point, to my knowledge, no company makes a 'hard' bucking needed for higher fps play for 8mm barrels, because the few that I have worked with that do have adjustable hop work completely differently than the 6mm crowd.

alright, well to change the topic, could I turn a king arms vsr-10 gas bolt into hpa?, it looked like I would need to cut some of the reciever for the hose, but other than that would I run into any other problems?

um... I... suppose you could with enough work.

But then you run into the fact that it's a drop-in gas bolt system. Which I've never seen any of them that work well.
