Guille for green vs. tan?

When teams are split by green vs. tan, do guilles necessarily have to follow the same color designations? I would think not, but I can see how it might cause confusion.

Well if I saw someone wearing a ghillie I'd look where my guys are going then see where the guy in the ghillie is aiming and if its at my guys Light em up
