Good to know, I've been looking for a mosfet to put in my m14, its a similar build. Should be right around 550 with a 170 spring.

Systema Magnum. Another thing to keep in mind was that this build was parted together years ago.

I love the Magnum but theres so many other options avail now.

Make sure you do a thread on the m14 btw!

Yea, systemas used to be my go to motor as well but I was introduced to the terminusX motors recently. Their infinite torque motor will pull a 170 back with 10:1 speed gears. Needless to say but I'm a big fan of their stuff.

I wish I could but I'm having the tech at tnairsoft shop build it for me. Don't have the patience to work on gear boxes lol.

My main sadness is wishing Polarstar was around before I did this build xD oh well.

Good luck with the m14 btw :) have a softspot for them.

Also, as an update making a custom hop nub and my own custom take on r-hop homemade patches.

Gonna see how this goes.

Testing first in comparison to a stock kwa bucking and bravo tightbore with stock nub
Then my custom take on the r hop. Looking forward to the results!

Fingers crossed!

Quick vid this morning. Put in a guarder cutoff lever and resetting the panther mosfet.
Trigger response is with the orig 9.6v large type I bought for it wired to xt60's.

Possibly picking up a few lipos to run in it.

Still need to replace the horribad systema pinion with the guarder one I have.

Now to order some bb's to try.
