Snow Wolf M99 Barrett (upgrades?)

Im getting a snow wolf m99 spring sniper rifle and I was wondering what all you guys think I should do to make its a super awesome sniper? I was googling and I have heard nothing but "Some parts are vsr10 compatable" but then I turn around and see "Its asp-2 compatable". Im just confused.

However I did come across this

but I dont know if its the best thing to really do. I hear this gun is built really solid and one review said its ready for a m170% spring stock. Im looking to spend cheaply, so guys any idea on what I should do?

Back away slowly from the upgrade kit. Be careful, though -their vision is based on movement.

Seriously, though, I wouldn't trust that kit half as far as I could throw it.

If its APS compatible, then it's compatible with Maruzen parts.

I suggest basically what I have in my L96 (anything not mentioned here is stock):

- Laylax Tri-Element piston
- Guarder piston head
- Laylax (or really, any brand other than stock) cylinder head
- PDI hop chamber
- Guarder black AEG bucking
- decent barrel (I'd go with PDI)
- Laylax Z-Trig
- Laylax 550 FPS spring

My gun was a tack driver at 150 ft after careful hop calibration, decent beyond that (I haven't tested it in a while, and it's been knocked around a lot, so the hop is probably off by now; still, the point is that the PDI hop, while frustrating to set, is worth the effort).

I don't have the Z-Trig yet, but I will be purchasing one after my pseudo-stock trigger box breaks (I have a hybrid Maruzen/UTG trigger box that I rigged up myself).

Disclaimer: This stuff ain't cheap, but it's great quality. You could do what I did, and upgrade over the course of several months/years (spring snipers will still run while partially upgraded - I did it for a year).

I recommend a 45° mount on your rail for the scope as my makeshift bolt handle is straight not bent like the factory bolt handle and my fingers were rubbing on the scope when i cocked it, also the 45°scope view just feels awesome on this thing.
