OK, I gotta admit, I have had way more activity on this thread than I thought I would. I am really digging all this feedback and info. So, to keep it going I'll introduce my next thought. At last, I have chosen my GBB pistol. Thoughts, concerns, and cautions appreciated.

I own a KWA M9, and I like it a lot. It feels great, great cycling rate, crisp blowback, loud, etc. BUT, the gas efficiency is not what I expected it to be. On warm days I usually get an average of about 33 shots on a fill. NOTE: this is on propane. I have heard people say that it runs better on green gas. Since I have no where to get green gas from though, Im stuck with propane. If you have a place where you can get green gas, by all means get the KWA, but if you dont, consider a WE or something else.

I've owned WE, Socom Gear, Tokyo Marui, KSC, KWA, Western Arms, and KWC... Out of those, I would only ever recommend TM, KSC/KWA, and WA. WE and Socom Gear are so close to being the same it's not even funny. WE/WETTi might even be the OEM for Socom Gear.

I also would not advise KJW without extensive research into them before-hand.

Well its almost buy time and the #$#@$ at SOCOM have made the SOPMOD AEG a limited run affair. I want to order everything from one place to keep shipping costs down. So now I have to find another AEG and fast. So I pose a new question...See new thread...

With your combined experience, if you had 400$ burning a hole in your pocket what would u buy?
