Honestly, the hospital requires no camo. No matter where you are, you will not blend in, and half the time it wouldn't matter if you did or not, because people will be very close to you.
Use whatever is comfortable, practical, and what you have on hand.

Also keep in mind the Hospital is closed and it's not looking like it's opening again anytime soon.
The Mill is still around though, which is -almost- the exact same playstyle / environment.
Dannick speaks the truth. Camouflage is next to useless in that close'a quarters.

Josh, I wore Marpat the time I went out to the hospital. The others are right, though -- camo's not going to have much of an effect in a dark, CQB setting. Next time I make it out to Fayetteville, I'll wear some sort of "urban warfare" set up.

I've never been to either, but cqc is normally dark, so i would go with just black. it blends the best in dark indoor areas

I don't wanna make anyone mad, but black still outlines the human shape. In a dark setting a navy or midnight blue is better in my opinion. It helps to blend the body in a low light background.
