To my knowledge the only digi's that are illegal are anything considered stolen military property. There is a difference in old surplus and stolen, ask the person your buying from how they got it. Also stated above, you DO NOT wear any patches or badges that are associated with real military units that you YOURSELF have not earned eg. jump wings, MarineCorp. recon, Navy SEAL, even squad badges. This does not count for the HALO spartian patches or MW2 TF141 as for these are not real military units so they are fine. I myself wear a UBCS patch (Resident Evil) on one side and a Falg patch on the other with MARPAT and i'v never been frowned apon.

Chances are they where a back up pair and not issued, even so it's still considered military property but if no one says anything then it should be fine. Just rember if by you wearing them is like part of a uniform so act like an adult that would bear that uniform.

I see it as fine. Just don't go around saying your in the military when your not. That is stupid and illegal. I for one have worn my full camo and tac vest to Ihop at 1 in the morning and cops walked in and didn't say anything to me or frown on me. so yeah.
