Goggles, Facemask, etc?

I've been looking around trying to find a good mask/goggles and I keep getting stuck on the same thing, Giving up protection for check weld. I have an M14 and some cheap full seal goggles that fog like crazy for backyard battles. I have a ski mask mouth cover that I use but that seems to make the mask fog even more. So far, I can get good cheek weld but HORRIBLE goggle fogging so I was wanting to know what goggles you would say are really good for no fog and what you use to cover your face that doesn't cause your goggles to fog even more. I was also looking into Facemasks too and I've been really interested in the Save Phace because they are a lower profile which gives you a better cheek weld. If you have experience with these/know a lot about them then I'd be interested. They have Fog resistant (almost fog proof) lenses and a bunch of other features. Let me know what you use so I can see what I should do for eye/face protection...

Defog whips from the eye care center at walmart never have fog again just wash goggles night before in hot tap water let dry over night apply whipe to goggles 5 minits before game never fog again even with mask just what ever you do DONT TOUCH THE LENSES you will got condensation (water build up) just shake your head once to fling it off and your good to go.

I have some cheap full seal goggles that I got on eBay from China for under $10. I'll try that though. Thanks for the advice. As far as a full Facemask that had a good check weld?

Ok, Thanks! So basically ESS is the way to go?
Are they the ones that can survive a shotgun slug to the lens or is that Revision. I just want protection as well as anti-fog...
