Assault Packs

Postby cowboy117 » Mon May 09, 2011 7:16 pm

I was looking at getting one from a surplus store, something small to medium sized, when I was confronted with a problem:

 What the heck do I put in it :?:

Does anyone use one with great frequency and tell me, what in the world is in there?

honestly for most games you are going to play at a local level if you cant carry it in your gear you shouldn't be carrying it. For longer or more major events where you need to carry extra stuff. you can put gas, bb's, food, first aid kit, back up weapon, and various other crap that you might need during the game.

I don't have one but I'm thinking of getting one. It's better that way so you can pull out gas, BB's, etc. At the respawn point instead of walking all the way back to your stuff. Normally a small pack works fine. Something SUPER big should only be used for LONG operations where you need extra clothes and stuff...

Yeah I never intended it for smaller games, seems pointless to carry something large anyways unless you're camping and on the move (extremely rare)

Here's one that's relatively cheap, small, carries a hydration bladder and is very durable. It's basically the one that clips on to the RRV but without the clips.
