Gear for the hot/humid weather?

As the weather becomes warmer and warmer I've noticed that it becomes more difficult for me to keep gear on at games. It's just too unbearably hot to wear a plate carrier.
Are there any suggestions on what gear to wear in weather >90 degrees?

regular Bdu pants, under armour active wear shirt and a simple FLC vest that's open in the back.

ripstop bdu trousers...lighter weight and breathe better, but yeah what he said.

Speedo and bandoleer.

I use the Condor compact plate carrier and it works fine in the summer. It gets a little hot but nothing unbearable.

I must be weird....heat never bothered me. I keep my sleeves rolled down, and keep my "plate carrier", if you can even call it such. I find that the sleeves trap the sweat and create a cool pocket around my skin.

Run a long sleeved bdu top and a bbu bottom and run a battle belt and a H-harness. Dad was in the Military and said that they always did combat traning in bdu's because it keeps you cooler.

When it gets hot, i change a few things but nothing big. I go from a fleece cap and goggles to just shooting glasses, wear thinner socks with my boots, and instead of a long sleeved shirt under my plate carrier, i wear a short sleeve under armor shirt. It keeps just enough sweat in to cool my core off, but my arms remain free and dry. Plus in the summer i find it comfortable to have my head, neck, face and arms exposed all the time because i seem to almost stay outside in the warmer months any way.

just some BDU pants, i have a vest with breathing holes all over it so it keeps me cool,and maybe a beater if not worried abut poison ivy,thats what i sometimes ware cuz i dont have a reaction to the ivy. or just a breathable under armor shirt orks

one thing i found out quick at the hospital was that the more layers i shed the hotter i actuly felt so i just learned to keep my full BDUs and gear on and drop a frozen blader in my carrier to help cool my spine but that was it. if you wear your gear on the car ride there it preps you for the heat to come its actully quite comfortable once you adapt to it.

I wear bdu pants my plate carrier a t-shirt of some sort and gloves, after every game while i reload i usually take off my plate carrier if its hot

Combat shirts do wonders, other than that you really cant avoid heating up, just hydrate and minimize your vest/battle bra weight, and wear breathable/ wicking baselayer.
