Plate Carrier question

I'm looking for a CIRAS plate carrier, the real one is roughly $650 give or take $10 and the Pantac is $350 give or take $10, who makes a high quality CIRAS plate carrier that's less then $150? I want to use it for both airsoft, and for my real steel AR15's

You can buy used. That's about the only way you'll get a decent one for under $150.

CIRAS? Cheapest you'll find new is a FLYYE, and that's easily $250+. Buying used, as has been suggested, is your best bet to find what you're looking for within your price range. Besides, that's the only way you'll ever be able to find a PHANTOM CIRAS (the one that copied it so exactly that Eagle Industries threatened to sue and they changed the design up a little, changed the name, the company changed its name to Pantac, and stopped exporting it to the US for the most part).

You can find real Eagle CIRASs on ebay for less than 250 most of the time. They are pretty dated pieces of kit that have been phased out by most units since about 2009.

What do most units run now-a-days anyways? Not really a huge gear junkie so I don't keep up as much as I'd like...

Lots of people like rangers and SF use MBAVs (Eagle Plate Carrier with soft armor), some SEALs use the LBT 6094, and the RBAV has mainly replaced the CIRAS. Thats about all I know for sure, seal sniper can probably tell you more.

Rangers: MBAVs and RBAVs in khaki
SF: same as above with the occasional Crye pc(cpc or jpc), Mayflower Lpaac or PC, and LBT 6094
SEALs: LBT 6094(in MC or AOR1/aor2 mostly), Crye cpc, crye jpc, ocasional MBAVs
CAG: Crye stuff, tyr stuff, mayflower stuff mostly
