I know you got your boots already, but I'm going to say this for the future and for anyone else that may be looking. NEVER, ever skimp on boots. EVER. There are things you can cheap out on and be fine, but boots are not one of them.

I'm not saying that you should go buy the most expensive boots you can find, but buy from a reputable brand (EG Oakley, Altama, Belleville, etc.), and your feet will thank you for it. This advice was passed to me by numerous cops I know, and I'm grateful for it.

I have Wellco's. My buddy said they were really good and they are apparently like $150 dollar boots. They super comfy though, don't really see an issue with them. I'd say my feet are pretty happy. haha. Thanks for the advice though!

Garmont T8's. They're sold out everywhere because all of us military guys but then before they've been put in the shelf. best boots I've ever worn in a uniform.
