Based on the above picture (never played the game, sorry), we can see a fictionalized version of (slight discrepencies, or based on) M7 bdu in Kamysh pattern. The browns in the actual garment appeared unusually subdued, however, which is why I say fictionalized.

Some are wearing matching zip up kamysh pattern cloth vests that I do not recognize. The lack of any pockets of AK magazine size makes me thing these are either fictional or a civilian (hunting) model.

For comparison, a military vest (m21), in kamysh:

Helmets are STSh-81 'Sphera', with black cloth cover.

Black vests are actually 6B5 armored plate carriers (body armor, w/14 titanium plates inside), with pouches/pockets built right into the cover. In use since late 80's. Never seen one in black before, but OD green and tan/offwhite are common. They don't always have the center chest document pouch.

Many newer Russian pants (including M7) have kneepad pockets built right in, never seen external kneepads of the type shown worn.
Foreground figure (center, right) is armed with AN-94 'Akaban':

No airsoft version exists. Few real steel ones have ever been manufactured.
Hope that helps somewhat.
