80,000 sq/ft Indoor Airsoft Facility

I am posting this to get feedback on how much support there would be for an indoor facility in the Nashville area. This would not be your typical indoor facility. It would be approximately 80,000 sq/ft with 30 to 40 foot ceilings. I am considering opening a first class arena that would be much like an indoor movie set. It will be designed with single and multi story buildings that are modular and can be reconfigured for different games. I have research a lot of the indoor facilities around the country and most are too small and just have pallets, crates, barrels, tires etc for cover so you just run around and shoot each other. I wish to provide an arena that can be configured to a new setting each week and host well organized games. I would like to host team tournament competitions in very organized scenarios with clearly defined missions. The facility would be open on Friday evenings from 3:00pm until 12:00am and all day Saturday from 8:00am until 12:00am for organized games. The cost to play at the arena would range from $25 to $35 for the day on normal game days. Please let me know if you would support the arena and how often you would play. There is a good possibility that I could have this up and running by the end of March. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I WOULD be there.

I however recommend lowering the cost to $20 or so for a day of playing. I'd be there quite a bit if that was the case, less so for $30 or more.

Price seems ok if its for all the hours listed. If you want to lower the prices, hit up area airsoft retailers (and related stores) and sell banner ads (actual banners hanging in the facility and website banners, a website will be a must). Also, think about offering monthly memberships for individuals and teams, that way even if they only show 1 week a month you have steady income to pay the bills. I'm sure most airsoft retailers would pay a monthly advertising fee if they knew 500-1000 members of a captive buying audience will attend the facility, plus web traffic. And sell tshirts and stickers, cheap advertising.
