Fort Campbell Airsoft Field Reawakening! - Sunday July 8

Hey everyone! I know some of you may have played at the Ft. Campbell field a couple years ago when erakus used to host games there. Well since he dropped off, airsoft has more or less died there. The field has been kept open by the paintball players and now that there are a few of us that live more or less down the road from the field, we've decided to try and restart the airsoft games there! Now enough with the back story, here's the info.

Where: Fort Campbell MWR Paintball Field (6644 Jordan Springs Rd., Fort Campbell, KY 42223; If you're familiar with Ft. Campbell, it's right outside of Gate 10.)
When: Sunday July 8. 12:00-18:00
FPS Limits: AEG & Pistol - 425; SAW - 480; Sniper - 550
Engagement Limits: AEG - 10ft; SAW - 75ft; Sniper - 100ft
Price: $10 (Pays for all-day play)

For anyone wondering: This field IS open to the public! The field is located on the non-secured portion of Ft. Campbell and DOES NOT require a military ID to enter.

Little update. Be sure to bring both BLACK and GREEN sleeved shirts (black or green based camos also work). Make sure you have a RED death rag. And of course, common sense sense says bring EYE PROTECTION. WalMart sun glasses are not eye protection; make sure they are actually impact rated.

Of course, there are also some common rules:
1. No blind firing.
2. No shooting in the public rest area.
3. ALL WEAPONS will be cleared and mags taken out before going back out to the public rest area.

What other kinda gear should I get for starters? Iv got gun and a mask ..

gloves help, if you have weak/old man knees knee pads/elbow pads there is an abundance of woodland/digital cammo at your local shops for cheap, also a cheap rack system for your mags and other goodies if not you can toss em in your pocket . Enough batterys/bbs for the time you plan to play unless you have an AC plug in your car or if the shack with ac has plug ins and you trust to leave your charger/batteries. dont forget ur red flag/bandana. Also didnt see anythin about barrel socks, i know its usualy a big field thing but safety first IMO.

Yes bring a barrel sock. The field will have some if you don't have one, but best to buy one yourself and bring it with you. If you can't find one, the field will be loaning some out

have you guys thought about putting some flyers up at grandpas on and off post? its a little late now but could end up getting some more players out get those numbers up.

no never thought of that. Good idea. I will see if I can stop by after work and post one up. We did pass of event invites on facebook and other airsoft forums. Nonetheless is should still be a good turnout. Are you going to be there Sunday?

sure am planning on it cant seem to find my charger though i have not played in a few months due to the fact its such a far drive to play anywhere and the one person i used to play with ets'd
