Here is the storyline.....

With the increase in the shipment of arms and drugs across the U.S., the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) in cooperation with the FBI, have initiated a plan that they call their Blind Strike Initiative. This plan targets the current influx of weapons and drug trade in Florida by the Dead Hand, a significant criminal empire who has connections to some of the largest criminal groups in the country. Their three part plan consists of;

1. Infiltrate the group and gain Intel on their contact, suppliers, etc.
2. Cut off their suppliers.
3. Arrest the leader of the Dead Hand, Jonathan Vann, and bring the groups actions to a halt.

Recently, 2 ATF and 3 FBI agents have infiltrated the group. However, during an attempt to take photographs of several supply rosters, an FBI agent was tortured for information and killed. After years of covert surveillance and undercover operations the ATF/FBI believes their cover is in jeopardy. Even the loyalty of of a few are questionable.The Operations Commanders for the ATF/FBI joint task force have initiated its plans and Operation Blind Strike is to take place on the 24th of January 2009. A small-specialized team from the FBI has been dispatched to capture Jonathan Vann and bring him back to the Regional office to await transport for trial. In an attempt to protect from any retaliation, a Federal Task Force is on standby, as well as a small group from the National Guard in hopes of preventing any massive retaliation from the Dead Hand.
