For those players that want to attend, yet are having some financial restrictions....we are accepting players and teams as role players and Refs.
Those doing pledge sheets need to have all turned in by June 01, 2010 to qualify for prizes.

Final touches on field and props, staff starts to arrive at field area for prep
all beverage items moved to field Pyro installed...No players Please
Friday July 30th 2010
Early check in starts at 3pm
Chrono opens at 330 pm
camping area opened
for those staying at hotel check in can start at 3pm Biscoe Days INN...Room will be in the name of the person who booked it through EAGLE Staff
there will be a Social for all those arriving early...Music system provided by Music and More of Concord
Raffle tickets will be available
Saturday July 31st, 2010
check in opens at 0730
Chrono opens at 0800
0945 all units need to be lined up by the stage in their platoons for the COLORS and National Anthem, Safety Brief, special guest speak and mission release
1030ish Units from New bern begin to truck out to their town
11am Game on
Lunch will be called when its ready around 1330
1430 game on
dinner break 1830 2 hours
Night game brief 2030hrs and then game on
Night ends at midnight
Sunday August 01, 2010
Line up for brief at 0930
10am game on
3pm game over
