Operation EAGLE III

Ok your thinking but its only November the games not til July. This is a Charity Game benefiting Operation HOMRFRONT and AUTISM.

Understand that a lot of planning goes into these large Games...ie: special guests, scenario, rules, sponsors, food etc. Last Year we had Mad Max. Lunch is always free and you know the raffle is Always HUGE

with 200 players last year and more wanting to come from out of state We (EAGLE Productions) will be expanding Op Eagle to two days, expanding the field to full coverage adding more refs and making the scenario more complex.

for what is to come:
Prepay will be absolute due to sponsors needing those numbers..it dictates what they are sending. Food....the places that give us the wonderful free food and drinks need these numbers. The Local law enforcement needs to know etc.

Sponsor sheets worked well and gained many players free entry for them and a guest..so these will be an option again for 2010.

expanded field of play...more area means more players.

more National sponsors (means bigger prizes)

yes there will be night play.....

the game will be mission based not score based. It will be all about the mission.
more realism will be added to the game

Cheating will be met with stiff penalty.......escort from the field and your name and photo posted for all to see...
this game is about honesty....if you cannot follow that find new hobby

news coverage...this is a reality and is going to happen and will promote the SPORT. Those that can't have their photo taken don't sweat it because you are always invisible

scenario will be announced after Christmas....
Prepay will open after the first of the year there will be no pay at the field.

referees will not be armed and well marked. NOTE: need refs for this game if teams would option a player to be a ref instead of play that would go a long way to help with the game.

Snipers will be limited to those that have attended sniper training with 82nd Customer or basic sniper training with Umbra at Operation Frostbite or similar training (for our out of state players).

Fps is still Standard NCAO

we hope to see everyone there the the second largest Airsoft event..
and for a good cause to boot

the scenario

Time: PRESENT
Location: Kansas (aka Star North Carolina)

Due to a bad seed of the US government several nuclear bombs (barrel size) were placed in Major Cities throughout the States. New York, DC, Atlanta, LA, Denver, St. Louis, ALL GONE. (do you see a mission here, I do ).
The Small Town Of Jericho, Kansas was not hurt by the nuclear fallout. They have assets wise...farms, a salt mine and a strong sense of community.

A larger town not to far away and the closest COSCO is the city New Bern. New Bern has many factories and the ability to manufacture Wind turbines for electricity and Mortar Rounds...sadly no farmers or salt. (see a mission?)

Cut off from the outside world due to the EMP..both towns have been trying to work out deals...That went south in a hurry. Fuel is almost non-existent (see a mission)

Due to national guard armories in the area weapons were not an issue...ammo on the other hand is. (see a mission)

Jericho you have a man Named Jake Green....unofficial leader of the town but leader of the RANGERS...the protection/police for the area also you have a former Spy who is trying to expose the conspiracy.

New Bern...You have a man called Phil Constantino..Sheriff of New Bern he has a plan to attack Jericho and take their farms and control the salt Mine...He murdered Jakes Father (the Former Mayor). There is no love loss between the two.

Only to add to the problems is Ravenwood, a private nasty army run by the new Government
But they really aren't the issue

After a nasty Battle and Jakes Father being killed a worded exchange took place over the radio between Jake and Phil.......
(in the show the new US army showed up in the nick of time....but..what if they had not) This is where our story Begins..................

July 30th, 2010 the big showdown begins....

Just a note...
Jericho Rangers are tan based
New Bern Bandits are green
civilians will wear street clothes (bright)
a special team to be decided by me will be the ravenwood unit (5 people only) heavily armed but they only come to steal what you have found) (no not a third team but a royal pain in everyones backside) they will wear black T-shirts and Blue jeans and Black ball caps
both side will have a hospital (water area)
uniforms will be strictly enforced
water is a must and if you are caught without you will be ejected from the game
dead rags are an absolute
Medics will be assigned before game day and will wear a white arm band with a red cross on it.
Prepay is a must dollar amount TBA
however I strongly recommend the pledge sheets..they are a free ride into the game with minimum $$ raised...prizes will be awarded to high dollar pledge sheets...to include AEG Rifles Gas Blowback Pistols and the big dog....a 249 SAW.

for those not wanting to camp there will be a hotel available we have blocked off 20 rooms for that weekend it is 5 minutes from the field. it is a DAYS INN
