Troops,

Mark your calender.....Mar. 26~28, 2010.....Ft. Wolters,TX......Rangers will go up against Chechyans and Foreign Fighters led by former Russian Airborne SGT (ret.) Igor Dobroff. (Bio http://www.oplionclaws.com/dobroff.php )

Rangers will be led by US Army Ranger 1SGT (ret.) Matt Eversmann (Black Hawk Down). (Bio http://www.oplionclaws.com/eversmann.php )

Neither SGT Dobroff nor 1SGT Eversmann have been to Ft. Wolters AO, so this ought to be interesting!!

THIS IS A GREAT EVENT, Actually this is my favorite Lionclaws. I have been to NS-II and NS-III and love the terrain, rockets, random Chinook landings in the campsite, base command never knowing we are supposed to be there and the weather. This event is really good cause it brings the faithful of the lionclaws out not just the "MOUT" junkies or the "Irene-ites" also you get to play with some awesome people from Texas and OK. I have a good number of fond memories there and I suggest going if you get the chance. The terrain is really rough and planning is needed to survive.
