Op: Climb to Glory Oct 8-10, 2010 Fort Drum, NY

I just got this e-mail back from the contact at Fort Drum, NY. They have reserved Columbus Day weekend (Oct 8-10) for me. I was told there are no issues and I should get final signature from base Commander next week.

Coalition Forces (200) vs Insurgents (100)

As close to Military Experiences as you can get. The Op will start for most on Friday night and run through Sunday.
Coalition will have the “City” Main MOUT site and the Airfield (people from OPP IV will know last missions).
The Insurgents will have the 2 small MOUT sites with Mosques and the 2 miles between the MOUT and the airfield. There are 8 small villages and a small cave.

If you sign up with the Coalition you will live in the “Hotel” at the MOUT, if you sign up with the Insurgents you will be assigned a house in one of the villages.
No camping in tents. Unload car at your assigned living location, park car at soccer field, game on.

Expect the newest level of Military Experience!

The Leader of the Coalition Forces will be

FROM CROSSFIRE.... the event coordinator

"Last call for Registration Sunday Sept 12

I have been given until Monday Sept 13, 2010 to get in all the info for people going to Op Climb to Glory.
I have to mail all the signed waivers to the base first thing Monday morning. They require the signed waivers be in their hands before anyone gets on base and it gives them more time to make sure people check out.

I am still able to accept registrations until Sunday Sept 12 at midnight.

1. You must be a US citizen or in the US legally with proof
2. You must register with all info required.
3. You must submit your signed waiver by Sunday Sept 12 by midnight. Fax number is 203-269-8843 or sign, scan and e-mail back.

Go to www.opclimbtoglory.com to register and get waivers.

I can NOT extend registration date past Sunday. If you are coming or have friends who want to come please have them register.

If you want to come but are not able to pay in full by this Sunday please contact me at crossfire@msato.orgThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to make payment arraignments.

I look forward to seeing everyone there. I think this will be a very exciting event and it is going to give people a new experience.

Don’t Miss Out!"
