I see a potential problem with such low FPS. More manufacturers are responding to requests from players to give them higher FPS guns right out of the box. That means you're getting guns that shoot 360 and higher out of the box. The insurance regs restrict players from buying those guns because they can't use them without modding.
The insurance people need to get with FAST (an Airsoft safety group) and learn something about the game and quit ruining it. I understand yours is a commercial business and you have to abide by their rules in order to operate.
There was a guy in Ohio, an underwriter, who specialized in Airsoft. I will see if I can scour him up and give him your info. He succeeds in getting fields insurance at higher FPS because he understands the game being a player himself.
