The Marushin M1's are mean when tuned properly, tap it for HPA/C02 and dial it in and watch 8mils punch through drywall. Only draw back is the hopup in them.
and yes they make them on low numbers every few months.

Dang. I saw the marushin ones running for $350 a year or so back. And if you get the KJW 10/22, RA Tech sells a wood kit to make it look like an M1 Carbine. Not the most accurate, but its the only M1 carbine that I know of.

I actually own one of those Marushin M1 garands, it broke on me, but man was that fun to shoot (and use).

I've always wanted someone to come out with a legit springfield sniper (bolt action) or a Webley Fosber automatic revolver.But unfortunatly most companies stick with ordinary guns.

I don't like how Marui frequently gets overlooked by all these "high fps or gtfo" people

How do you think? It's an internal ("gas-in-mag") system. My guess is full-auto is going to be useless except as a last-ditch effort.
Also Xandman I knew about the PSG-1 (considering I've worked on them..) but I figured people were just bitching about M4s with split GBs. Although I'm the type of douchebag that would put a PSG-1 gearbox in an ECHO1 M4 and then take it to you like "My gun broke, fix it." just because I know you hate working on PSG-1s.
