Found a place that would make a great CQB arena

So in the town my college is in(Cookeville) there is a mall that is not being used at all. From what I can tell, it hasn't been used in a while. I think it would be a great place for a retailer/arena combo. Especially since we don't have any in our town. Unfortunatley, not having a lot of money prevents me from setting up shop. (not to mention a complete lack of knowledge of how to run a business) Just thought I would get that out there since me and a friend were talking about it.

Yep, the mall would be cool, I've walked around in that ghost town in the last year or so. The only reason the owner doesn't tear it down is because the JC Penny's on the end of the building has a lifetime lease.

On a side note, I'm working to bring an event to Cookeville in September, it's a go as soon as it gets law enforcement approval (which shouldn't be an issue)
