4-6 miles at any time between 12-4 in the afternoon (sweat more, makes it harder). Outside over hilly terrain. (treadmills are a joke)
150 pushups (hands triple shoulder width apart)
100 situps (on an incline of about 70 degrees)
1 hour of Capoiera
1 hour of swimming (25-42 yards underwater without takeing a breath)
Last PT Test i took for the Army:
99 push-ups in under 2 mins.
84 sit ups in under 2 mins
2 miles in 13:21 (first mile was 6:30 exactly)
Overall score: 294 out of 300
Note that that workout takes 2-4 hours every Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri, roughly.
