Just finished my test-case PMAG conversion on one of my WE mags. Even though it's the wrong color (I grabbed the Ranger Green one instead of the Dark Earth one), it still looks pretty badass (I'm actually considering doing the whole lot in green now).

Without further adieu, here's the SCAR.

And, since I finally finished my L96 a couple weeks back, here's a shot of that.

Side-by-side shot, because I can.

The pmag conversion is beaitful. I would choose the FDE though if it were my gun.

I picked up the wrong color, and since the only place in town that has them was packed (and across town from where I live), I decided to go with it. I'm going back tomorrow (if the roads are clear from this weird weather we've been having) and looking for an FDE one to try (before I go and spend $80+ on mags of a color I don't want). I have to redo this one anyway (I cut it too short; it's a wonder I made it work at all), so even if they don't have a new one I'm buying a new one.

I will say that it was a royal pain to get it to fit right, though. I had to go out and buy new files to make it work.

Well yes and no, I got the Knighthawk for a collector piece (I love the concept of the real steel version, and I am gonna keep it in its box) and the PDW is for a project I am gonna start here soon, but yea I bought a clone or 2 before in the past and every now and then I will venture in the clone market if it is unique
