It's not an issue. With the magnification so high you don't really see the front sight to begin with; I've got a 4x32 ACOG on my LR-300 and all you can see of the front and rear sights is just a faint gray blur. That's it. If you try to focus your eyes on it then it might get in the way of your target, but otherwise it's not prominent enough to be an issue. 'Course, my sights are really easy to take off compared to a standard M16/M4, just grab an allen wrench and I'm set.. anyway.
