I don't believe so. If it could it would take a lot of custom machining.
The barrels used for LRBs (And also SCS I believe) use a much larger OD barrel, usually 10mm with most likely would not fit in an AEG outer barrel. Plus with an SCS, the hopup isn't in the same area to that of an AEG. For example, to adjust the SCS on the Kokusai I have, there is a small hole on the top of the delta ring. You just put a small allen key (don't remember size of hand) and turn the screw in there.
Another big thing that help these barrels work is the way the barrel reciprocates. Unlike the modern GBBRs, most classics use a BV (bullet-valve) system. This means instead of having a bolt moving, the barrel moves after each shot. These systems are remarkably simple with very few moving parts aside from the barrel. This is one reason why these guns have lasted such a long time.
