i took a mag of ksc .25's with me. I guess i'll change the hopup bucking back to stock and see if that makes a difference. Then i'll change the nozzle. Thanks for all the feedback, we've almost got it fixed.

I changed back to stock bucking and lost 10 fps; changed to a few others; guarder, 2 other prometheus soft types, nothing worked. Gonna change back to stock barrel and see what happens. Then i'll try a systema bucking. If nothing; i'll start with a new nozzle and cylinder.

I saw somewhere on arnies someone using some sort of neumatic tubing for hopping and it gave them a significant increase in fps (they didn't say how much because of the 1J limit arnies imposes on their forums.)

Well after spending 3 1/2 hours at the shop in knoxville we've figured out the problem is in my upper somewhere.

Things it isn't:
Prom. Tightbore barrel
Hop up assembly
Hop up bucking
Hop up nub
spring

I'm getting awesome compression when we test it, but i'm still only shooting 360 with .20's. We tried someone's upper that is chronoed at 400 in my gun and it shot 400. So its def. in the upper. I'm gonna start with nozzle, then cylinder head/ cylinder, then piston head. We tried both a pdi 170 and m120 and they both chronoed 360 with .20's.
I'm getting closer.

Airsoft knoxville gave up; i gave up. So i'm just gonna build a new upper.
