Operation: Star Wars Defense

More info to come but currently looking for staff to assist in running a new series of games and players to fill roles (Parents who don't play but would like to be involved NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!). Currently this operation is tentatively scheduled for 24th and 25th of August. Tentative locations 24th @ Sweetwater Airsoft Field and 25th the second half of the games at Dead End Airsoft. Sponsors already onboard are Parafrog Airsoft, IronSide Tech Services and we are looking at/for more.

US DOE Security Forces - Vince Hammerman (to be filled by staff and role players)

Backstory:

It’s the end of the year and America has finally put in place it’s beloved Satellite based "Star Wars" Missile Defense Program. Becoming so arrogant in belief of it they have mothballed the tried and true Patriot Missile Systems and shut down many land based systems.

Public testing with actual launches from Allies such as UK, Japan, and sea launch from Gulf of Mexico near Venezuela were all successfully taken down before reaching the US. Doing nothing but bolstering the Arrogance of the US upper Echelons belief that nothing will happen to the US now.

CIA Ops Agent Ian McFly hears chatter of a terrorist plot to gain access or destroy this system so that they can “destroy the Government of the corrupt in the final Jihad”. Due to equipment malfunction the conversation is not recorded. None the less he reports this to Washington. The report back was to ignore this and return to his regular duties. After pushing back a few times and even with further information the terrorists may have a line on nuclear material the result from above is the same.

Confused he reaches out to his trainer and learns that the internal memo’s were less discreet in transmission and jokes about “how can anyone with the name of McFly really be taken seriously?”. Then he finds a note left somewhat mysteriously. The attack will come from South America and from the north. Ian’s out of options and he knows what is coming. Only he and his few agents cannot take on such a task alone. His mentor however has informed him secretly that the funds listed as “lost” from the Gulf War were actually squirreled away in gold and secret bank accounts to fund CIA Black Ops. Provided with the needed information he will gather these funds and hire a group of mercenaries who all are of questionable loyalty to anything other than money.

Will he persevere and stop the attack or will winter be a Nuclear one?
