Grinch VS Santa
The Grinch is at it again, and this time he has mercs! Poised to attack the North Pole, the Grinch is launching his Dark Ranger minions (former Blackwater guys, it is said) against the elite 1 Santa's Elves Commando.
Santa, anticipating this event, tried to redeploy the Christmas gifts to a safe location, but his stealth sleigh was hit by a surface to air missile (with casualties...poor Donner). Now Santa's gifts are scattered across Northern Canada.
There are 20 gifts scattered around the field. They will be in unusual places or completely out in the open. If you find a gift it is yours, provided you can keep it for the whole game. You cannot bury or cover it up- it must be left exposed. If you are eliminated while holding a present, you must immediately drop it where you stand and head to your nearest authorized dead zone. You may not pass it off to a team mate, but they can pick it up if you drop it. You cannot take it off the field until the end of the game, or take it out of bounds. Doing so voids the present.
At the end of the game, each present is worth 100 points for whichever side has recovered it. Plus whoever is in possession of it last, and brings it up to the game control for the end of game brief, can have whatever gift is in the box. Unfortunately, some of Santa’s presents were for bad girls and boys, so don’t be surprised if all you get is a lump of coal.
Also, bases will count for 100 points at the end of every point’s phase-
Apache
Benttree
Duckett
FB Alpha
FB Bravo
FB Rex
Hamburger Hill
Holiday Inn
Luke
Sim City
Point’s phases are at 1300, 1500, and 1630. We will have a break at 1300-1400 for lunch.
The winner, Grinch or Santa, will be determined at the end of the game by total points (bases and presents).
Dead Zones for Santa are 1, 2, 6
Dead zones for the Grinch are 3, 4, 5
Color designations have not been decided yet, however this will be NCAO recognized teams VS all out of state and Un recognized teams.
Will post more info as it comes along.
