The situation is this:
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has sent Fahd Al-Quso of the USS Cole bombing, to lead an Iranian Special Forces team secretly based in the US. They are based in Whiteville, TN and are recruiting Extremists from all over the United States. The US has a plan to bring in the elites of the Marines, Navy, National Guard/Army and Air Force, even some Blackwater, from around the country and eliminate all hostile Iranian and Extremist operatives. It must be done quickly because The US is trying to keep it quiet; they don't want anyone to know that Iranian forces have ever been on US soil.
Rules:
Field Owners Rules:
Bio BBs only. There will be no smoke or any pyro allowed.
FPS Limits and MED:
0-415fps - 15ft
426-485fps - 30ft (semi only [DMR])
486-500fps - 100ft (semi only [DMR])
501-550fps - 100ft (bolt action only)
Medic Rules:
One shot to any part of a operator’s body or gear is a hit. Gun hits and ricochets do not count. Each team will have a designated number of medics and medics will not change during a scenario, but may be changed between scenarios. Each operator will be given a rope, with 3 knots, to tie to their gear. If a operator is hit, he/she must display his/her dead rag and yell “hit”, stay where they were hit and wait for a medic. Once the medic arrives, the medic will untie one of the knots in the rope and the operator may continue play. If the medic is unable to tend to the wounded operator within 5 minutes, that operator may return to the re-spawn area. Once all 3 knots on a operators rope have been untied, that operator is dead (refer Dead Man Rules) and they must wait in place for 5 minutes and then return to the re-spawn area. Once at the re-spawn area, operators may only return to the action in groups of 4.
Dead Man Rules:
1. Dead operators must vocally and visibly show that he is dead.
2. Dead operators will put a dead rag on their head.
3. Dead operators must immediately move to Re-spawn.
4. Dead operators may not talk to live operators, but may talk to other dead operators.
5. Dead operators may not talk on the radio but may continue to monitor their team's frequency.
Surrender Rules:
An operator may call surrender only when he/she enters an enemy's 15ft safety zone from behind or the side with a clear shot, and his/her opponent is unaware of his/her presence. An operator may also surrender his/her opponent from the front. The only difference is that the operator must be stationary and his/her opponent has entered his/her 15ft safety zone. Once an operator calls surrender, the defeated enemy must comply with the surrender. This is mandatory! If the surrender is successful, then the defeated enemy must use the medic rules. Should an operator turn around before surrender is called, the operator behind can still immediately call surrender if it is obvious that he already had his/her gun at the ready and pointed at the back of the operator being surrendered. If there are any disputes, then the two operators must go separate ways from each-other (at-least 25ft). An operator can surrender a max of two enemies. For example, an operator creeps up behind a group of enemy troops defending a position or after watching a patrol pass buy, an operator jumps out from behind catching the patrol off guard. An opponent can surrender no more than two enemies at a time if they are unaware of his/her presence.
NO CHEATING WILL BE TOLERATED! ALWAYS CALL YOUR HITS. Remember this is a game of honor.
