Glad to see this got posted over here. Gentlemen if you plan to attend this even please make a post here with your forum name or call sign so I can add you to the list of attending. Hope to see a few of ya make it out.

Fluda Gap? Or did you mean Fulda Gap? Just checking.
It IS in fact FULDA Gap guys. Looking for FludaGap.com will just frustrate you.
There are 2 events, one is PB first weekend in Nov, the second is the Airsoft event to be held on the 17th. The field is near Hickory NC, about a 4 hr trip. I've asked the NC guys for specific directions to the field in case anyone wants to go.

Corrention to the website address: FuldaGap.com it currently has paintball info on there but seniero is the same.
ok. if you go to ncairsoft.org it will be there.
I dont beleive that tank rules are posted yet but normally it requires a nerf style footballl or rocket to hit it.
As for sniper FPS it is the same as everybody eles. 400 FPS w/.25 any other velocities have to be pre-approved by field owner. Adn it is not normally approved unless you are a vet of the field and the field owner knows that you are responisble enough to handle the extra FPS. Long story but we had a porblem with that before. Dont ask lol.
All you info needs can be found on NCairsoft.org. If you can't find it post your question in the Fluda Gap section and it will be answered ASAP.

FULDA Gap, not Fluda, was the point where US intelligence believed that the Soviets and their client states would strike first with a massive armored assault backed up with mechanized infantry. It was believed that this assault would be preceeded with a massive chemical or tactical nuclear strike against US forces. (Just a little prospective there lads.)

About the armor. As of now there are 4 Tanks.
And here is some updated info from the field owner.

"OK, OK, the news of my death, deployment, or arrest are all rumor. I have just been very busy actually making the physical improvements to the field, doing the homeland security thing, and assorted other time consumption items. This thread is to provide legit info, registration info, and rumor control.
One important note so far- it is a 2 day event with a night game. Camping on grounds is available to all for free.
Regstration via online will be available starting next Saturday, November 10. It will stay up until game day. Look at the way it is set up on www.scenariosupply.com and in a week it will be modified for the airsoft version.
Registration fee for both days and the Sat nite game will be $30.
No 1/2 day rates please.
Jack at Big Boys Toys will be a vendor at the event for BBs, gas, and whatever else you need.
The Mighty Soviet Army (tan base) will be led by Smoker!
I still need a NATO (green base) commander to email me.
There will be at least 4 tanks there, and I would recommend reading the tank rules on the www.fuldagap.com site to get familiar with tank combat.
I am sure there is more to tell, and I will be updating info as it becomes available. "
