We have been going over this, just been using closed goggles because of a bounce around inside issue we had with a pair of glasses. We are not going to disallow anyone from playing if their protection is adequate. close fitting will be just fine. As for ear protection, we have been asking for something over the ear hole itself. It just seems logical to protect against that one and a million shot that hits someone right in the ear. (Hit my brother in the ear with a bottle rocket one time, fifty feet, one in a million) However, again, if this is not an issue with you guys, then I will not be a nazi about it or anything. Nothing we can't work out. The important thing if for us all to play at the same time, the rest is semantics and we will make it work. Getting stoked, ready to go, got my g19 today!!

if you can handel taking hits to the forehead, idealy you will only expose your head and gun. I have been shot in the face several times but still refuse to wear my fase mask. to each his own, right.

we ARE getting shot by guns.....thats supposed to hurt.

Looks like Mongoman is getting some feedback. He had reached the old backup forums late, and it was unfortunate that he missed the traffic of the TennesseAirsoft forum to advertise this event to a wider audience. I hope the event goes well and I welcome him to the airsoft community.
