HP GAME ON 12/12/09

Tis the season to run new Missions, So be ready for a more mil sim approach to games on the 12th. We will run all mission based scenario's ( no simple bomb/demo or suppression games) all day. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NEXT STATEMENT. Games will START at 11am. That means be there before 11am and be checked in, geared up and ready to play before 11am. We'll have the fires goin.

Also since we'll be back to running only two sides what does everyone think about doing green vs tan. Marpat and acu can be tan. Post up here so we can even out sides with camo choice. Or we can just stick to colored tape.

Well personally I have Marpat and ABU's which you seen last saturday game ( I think the 28th ), ACU top, and woodland camo... Foxhounds will prolly be in either ACU's or Marpat. If they want to do all ACU's then I'll be in ABU's. Only problem is not all our guys have camo, it's not really a issue, i mean the ones that don't i would love to play against anyway to see how they do . Anyway, as for scenario's, I recently post a comment on a VIP scenario discussion, you should check it out and see what you think about running one of those. let me know if u need a link.

also marpat being tan might be a lil confusing for the guys with bad vision at a distance, just a suggestion. If Jo Jo can go, we will bring different camo's if you need people moved around. I feel like I'm forgetting something but oh well

well, That kinda answers my own debate on the green vs tan thing. The last thing we want to do is separate teams for any reason. Our community (until recently) suffered from a lack of formal teams and/or organized opfor. So I really don't want to back peddle. We'll just stick to tape for now.

On the vip scenario, we have done it a couple of times. we called it escort. I will put it in the mix for the 12th.

Well like I said it's up to ya'll (the green v tan). It's their fault they haven't bought the camo yet, I personally don't like have members (i.e. Biohazard) come to games representing Foxhound in street close. It's a pet peeve of mine... Anyway, yea it's also called Escort on SOCOM, I figured it would be challenging seeing how hard it is on the game. We should be bringing 5 guys if all goes well. I just noticed there's another Foxhound team on here from the tri-cities area.... great....

I honestly doubt that they will change it to Sunday.

1.) Last time I was at a Sunday game, Dog actually told us that it was a test run day to see how many showed up on Sunday and the majority of people who asked for a Sunday game wasn't there, it was the typical Saturday guys.

2.) The dates have already been posted up so the people who have already asked of work, made plans etc. etc. have made them for the 12th

However it would be possible for them to run a Saturday and Sunday game but then you got.

1.) Chances are most people would come Sat. and hardly no one Sun.

2.) Most of us have families and would like to spend one day on the weekend with them.

I had two more reason why I personally think it would be a bad idea but forgot in the process... I know the Foxhound guys will only be able to make it to one, and the ones that are going as of now, are only available Saturday. Except me, I seem to have no life

He is speaking of the Jr league, Not the 17 and up games. He also has good reason to want Sunday games. There will be an announcement about the next Jr league game within a day or so. The next one will be a bit special and something we have not done before. So stay tuned

Well sheet, I'll try to come to both but I can't speak for all of Foxhound most of us will be there Saturday except maybe Tim...

It won't happen, rain all week, cept Friday with a 10% then 70% precipitation calls for rain again Saturday, back down to 20% on Sunday with AM clouds and PM sun... wow that kinda sounded like a meteorologist... lame... *EDIT* But we'll see *crosses fingers*

The fat lady hasn't sang yet Fox. There have been many times that we thought it was gonna rain or storm and it was great at the field. One time in particular we cancelled a game the morning of and the weather man said it would be very nasty all day. It was perfect and I got B!!tched out by everyone for it. So now I wait till morning of or late night before get the lookout from jimmy and go from there.

Argh, I've got a Christmas party at 5. I'll see what I can do to get out of that, or at least show up late. I got chewed up at pretty close range the last game so I'm still polka dotted, maybe I can convince them I have chicken pox and they'll disinvite me.
