At the beginning, have a neutral person (non-player) take a deck of playing cards and take out all face cards but the RED ones. Reshuffle the deck and distribute a number of cards equal to the total number of players at the game, making sure the 6 red face cards (2 K, 2Q, 2J) are in the mix. Hand out the cards, making sure that NO ONE ELSE sees your card. Once everyone has a card, have everyone close their eyes while they show the person who gave them the cards which one they have. The card distributor will tap the people with RED cards and those 6 players will step back away from everyone else. No one may look back to see who the operators are.
The 6 operators will then be given their mission orders on a piece of paper and told to go into the field. Once the operators are out of sight, the remaining players will then hunt down the operators if they can.
The operators will operate under wounded rules. The hunters will operate on a two hit basis. First hit, the hunter may only fight in place, but not move. Second hit, he's dead and must go to replacement zone until 50% of the hunters have been killed off. Then he may return.
The operators may only carry 4 standard magazines or 1 high-cap, 3 grenades and any booby-traps, mines or other special weapons available to them.
The operators must complete as many objectives of their mission order as possible. Each operator is a medic but may not work on himself, he can only aid other operators.
If available, civilians may be distributed throughout the field. The civilians may give true OR false info to either side or neither side.
