The Russians want to take over all of eastern and western Europe but team Omega is so blinded by their rage and pain that they just cant fathom how the fine men that came to their rescue are just useing them. Omega wants a nuke to ward off us involvment but the russians want a nuke to hit the UK with (the Russians dont want to hit the US for fear of the US putting aside its political problems and counter attacking) the US troops dont want to kill any former US troops and Omega respects the US troops but thinks the only way to help them is to create a new country led by military men. If anyone has any comments feel free to post them.

Sounds more like the op should be called Terminal Vengeance.
There are some questions that need to be answered in my opinion.
1. With the war over, why are there riots back home? You aren't giving any reason for that.
2. Just why was TF Omega 'deep in enemy territory'? What was their mission?
3. If the war is over, just what is 'hostile territory?' Iraq? It's stable now, per your opening statement. Where were these people captured? Moreover, how and why were they captured? Did Hitlery give them up?
Elite units are not easily captured. They specially train in E&E (Escape and Evasion) techniques to avoid capture.
4. The Spetsnaz take a year to plan out and execute the rescue of the US operators? Even the Russians are not that slow. Chances are that the Omega ops are dead by the time the Russians get there, or there are few left in any condition to consider any vengeance.
5. There is not much that would cause American SF to turn on their own country. Of all US personnel, SF operators are the most loyal and faithful. You need to qualify why these guys can't come home. If Hitlery has been successfully impeached, then the way should be clear for them to return to the States.
Before you launch this OP, you need to consider these things and fix this backstory.
