General Forrester's helo developed trouble on the way to an inspection tour. The last message from the pilot stated that he was going to try to put the bird down in a clearing. There were no further communications.
A recon flight showed the wreckage scattered across a wooded area in an area close to the border of a known guerilla area. The recon plane was driven off by hostile AAA and they were unable to do much more than get some co-ordinates.
The 417th Aeromedical Squadron has dispatched a pararescue team to the location. Additionally, a unit of Navy SEALs returning from another mission is diverting to provide assistance to the PJs but they won't be there in time to co-ordinate with the PJs.
Mission parameters:
PJs proceed to the crash site and find General F and any surviving crewmembers and treat their injuries and prep them for travel.
Once all survivors are stable, contact the SEAL team and set up a rendezvous point.
Set up an LZ and transport all personnel out of area.
Enemy:
Get to the crash site and capture/transport survivors. Kill any too seriously hurt to move.
The Kicker:
The PJs must treat the wounded. The senior PJ will have a treatment regimen he must do, following the instructions contained on the wounded.
There are many ways this could go wrong. Your patients are of the utmost importance. Whatever you have to do to save them must be done. That could mean delays in extraction.
The SEAL team has a helo on standby, but it's too big to get into a small landing area. If you need the SEALs' help immediately, they will probably have to hoof it in.
The REAL Kicker
There is heavy weather moving into your area. You have a four hour window.
Good luck.
